Spacious 4-Bed + Loft Retreat with Private Fish Pond
Enjoy a peaceful getaway at this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home with loft, comfortably sleeping 10 guests, and featuring its own private catch-and-release fish pond (bass & bluegill). Recently upgraded with new furniture, flooring, doors, and custom child gates on the deck, this home is perfect for family gatherings or entertaining friends.
Relax on the spacious deck overlooking the pond, hang out in the large open living area with hand-laid stone fireplace, or enjoy a game in the recreation room with pool table. Soak in the hot tub, fish from the dock, or take one of the provided canoes out on the water. Guests also have access to two nearby community lakes in addition to Mirror Lake.

Perfect Mountain Getaway!
by Hannah HarmanCouldn’t be happier with our weekend at Mountainaire! The location, wildlife, seclusion and the hot tub were all incredible. Every amenity to make our stay as stress free as possible was readily available and easily accessible. If fishing is your thing, there’s plenty in the pond! More than enough space to roam and not be on top of even your biggest crew. We’ll be back!

by Lisa RatliffOur stay at Mountainaire was absolutely amazing and so enjoyable for our family group! Our grandsons loved having the pond right there for fishing and canoeing. The multi-level design of Mountainaire accomodated our group so well with providing bedrooms and a full bath on each level lending some privacy and space for quiet times while the main level with kitchen/dining/family room was comfortable and roomy for meals and entertaining. The hot tub and fire pit was a bonus! We highly recommend Mountainaire for any season in Canaan Valley!!
